  • Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges

    At Sun and Moon Serendipity, we take great care in sourcing high-quality products and work closely with trusted wholesalers. While we always strive to make the best selections, we acknowledge that, on occasion, things may not go exactly as intended.

    Shipping

    We aim to dispatch all orders within ten (10) business days of purchase. You will be notified once your order has been shipped via the email address you provided at checkout.

    Refund & Exchange Policy

    Sun and Moon Serendipity do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

    Refunds or exchanges are not available on:


    • Jewellery items

    • Sale items

    Purchases of jewellery and/or sale items are only eligible for a refund or exchange if the item is found to be faulty.

    In the event that an item is believed to be faulty, the buyer is responsible for returning the item to Sun and Moon Serendipity in its original condition and at their own expense within ten business days of receiving the item. Once received, the item will be reviewed, and communication with the wholesaler and/or customer will form part of the resolution process.
