 Please note; a basket will only be created and claims eligible once the deposit has been paid. As of January 27 2026 Sun and Moon Serendipity require a twenty dollar deposit each live sale. You are not required to pay postage until your final check out.

- in the event that an item arrives damaged, the customer is responsible for the return of the item to Sun and Moon Serendipity within 10 business days of receiving where after inspection if found to be faulty a credit code for the value will be issued. Sun and Moon Serendipity requests you take images of the packaging and item to form evidence
- jewellery items are not eligible for refund or exchange 

Sun and Moon Serendipity have a ten business day packing time frame from the due date of payments from the sale. We do this so that we can pack and send in bulk to ensure we can keep our postage at affordable prices. We understand however, that sometimes you may need your items sooner, though not guaranteed we encourage you to reach out via email sunandmoonserendipity@gmail.com to discuss .
