💛 After the livesale is finalised you will receive a link to your individual invoice via TikTok minus your deposit. Please ensure you are following us on Tik Tok so we are able to send your invoice

💛Please do not pay postage twice instead use code ‘local pickup’ when paying your invoice. In the event that you do pay postage twice you will be issued with a store credit or refunded the amount minus fees and chargers incurred by Sun and Moon Serendipity by platforms such as but not limited to PayPal, Afterpay Shopify.

- no put backs or requests to change items during this sale will be accepted. please ensure you are positive in your choices prior to committing to claim. 
- in the event that an item arrives damaged, the customer is responsible for the return of the item to Sun and Moon Serendipity within 10 business days of receiving where after inspection if found to be faulty a credit code for the value will be issued. Sun and Moon Serendipity requests you take images of the packaging and item to form evidence
- jewellery items are not eligible for refund or exchange 

Sun and Moon Serendipity have a ten business day packing time frame from the due date of payments from the sale. We do this so that we can pack and send in bulk to ensure we can keep our postage at affordable prices. We understand however, that sometimes you may need your items sooner, though not guaranteed we encourage you to reach out via email sunandmoonserendipity@gmail.com to discuss .

As noted above payments are due  4 December 2025, therefore the ten business day pack and send final send date would be December 18, however due to the time of year we will be offering a $5 upgrade for express shipping and note Australia Post will work through this period 7 days.
