All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s payment gateway. We do not store your credit card details.

5. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities purchased

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only.

Sun and Moon Serendipity is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post

  • Customs processing

  • Natural events or disruptions

Risk transfers to you once the parcel has been lodged with the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy.

Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery items are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
