By completing checkout for this $0 registration product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Personal Shopping Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not complete registration or make a claim during a Personal Shopping Live.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR OCTOBER 2026 SHOPPING TRIP

Our first Personal Shopping trip commences Thursday, 1 October 2026 and is being conducted while Sun & Moon Serendipity is travelling interstate.

Items successfully claimed during a Personal Shopping Live must be paid for within 5 minutes of your claim being acknowledged.

At the completion of the shopping trip, your purchases will be combined where practical, packed and your final shipping costs calculated.

All shipping invoices for this trip must be paid no later than Monday, 5 October 2026.

This deadline is firm. We are travelling interstate and will not be taking customer orders home with us for postage at a later date.

By participating in this shopping trip, you acknowledge this deadline and agree to make yourself available to receive and pay your final shipping invoice within the required timeframe.

HOW PERSONAL SHOPPING WORKS

Sun & Moon Serendipity will visit stores, outlets and other shopping locations and take our community shopping with us via live broadcasts.

During a Personal Shopping Live, we will show items available for purchase and, where reasonably possible, provide information such as the price, size, colour, material, condition and other relevant details.

If you would like an item, you may claim it during the Live by following the claiming instructions provided.

A comment or request to purchase does not automatically secure an item.

Your claim is subject to the item remaining available, acknowledgement of your claim by Sun & Moon Serendipity and successful payment within the required timeframe.

BEFORE YOU CLAIM

Please listen carefully to the information provided about an item before claiming.

Ask any questions you need answered before making your claim. Where reasonably possible, we will show relevant labels, sizing, materials, condition and other product information available to us.

Please do not claim an item unless you genuinely intend to purchase it and are ready to make payment immediately.

Personal Shopping takes place in real stores and stock can move quickly.

THE 5-MINUTE PAYMENT RULE

Once your claim has been acknowledged by Sun & Moon Serendipity, the item will be held for a maximum of 5 minutes while you complete payment.

Payment must be received within this 5-minute period for your claim to be secured.

If payment has not been received within 5 minutes, your claim will expire and the item may be returned to the shelf or offered to another customer.

An item is not considered secured until your claim has been acknowledged and payment has been successfully received.

PAYMENT FOR YOUR PURCHASES

All prices and payments are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment instructions will be provided during the Personal Shopping Live.

Customers may use the approved payment methods made available by Sun & Moon Serendipity.

Where our website Personal Shopping payment system is used, payments are processed in whole Australian dollar amounts. Where required, the amount payable will be rounded to the nearest whole Australian dollar.

Where third-party payment services such as Afterpay are available through our website, eligibility and approval are determined by the relevant payment provider.

The price paid at the time of your claim is for your purchased item. Shipping and any applicable additional charges outlined below are calculated separately.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Personal Shopping takes place in stores that remain open to other customers.

An item shown during a Live may be purchased by another shopper before we are physically able to secure it. Stock information may also change or an item may otherwise become unavailable.

If we are unable to obtain an item after you have paid for it, the amount you paid for that unavailable item will be refunded.

COLOUR, SIZE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We will make reasonable efforts to accurately show and describe items during our Personal Shopping Lives.

Colours can appear differently due to store lighting, cameras, screens and individual device settings.

Customers are responsible for considering the sizing information provided before making a claim. Clothing, footwear and other sizing can vary considerably between brands and countries.

Any international size conversions or measurements provided by Sun & Moon Serendipity are intended as a guide only.

CONDITION OF ITEMS

We will make reasonable efforts to inspect items for obvious damage or faults before purchasing them on your behalf.

Personal Shopping may include items from department stores, outlets, clearance sections, thrift stores and other retailers.

Some items may be one-off, reduced, discontinued, vintage, pre-owned or sold with imperfections.

Where we identify an issue with an item, we will make reasonable efforts to disclose it before purchase.

CHANGE OF MIND

Personal Shopping items are specifically selected and purchased following a customer's successful claim.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you change your mind, choose the wrong size, no longer want an item or later decide that an item is unsuitable, except where Sun & Moon Serendipity agrees otherwise or where you have rights under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

COMBINING YOUR PURCHASES

Where practical, purchases made for you throughout the Personal Shopping trip will be held and combined into one shipment.

This allows multiple purchases to travel together rather than being sent as individual parcels.

Once your shopping is complete, your items will be packed and your final shipping costs calculated using your completed parcel.

SHIPPING IS ADDITIONAL

Shipping is not included in the item price quoted during a Personal Shopping Live unless we expressly state otherwise.

The amount paid when you claim an item covers the item being purchased on your behalf.

Shipping is calculated and paid separately once your completed order has been packed.

Please take this additional cost into consideration before making a claim.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Australian orders will be sent using our available Australia Post services.

Postage will be calculated according to your completed parcel and the applicable Australia Post charge.

Sun & Moon Serendipity does not add a profit margin to Australia Post postage charges.

FRAGILE ITEMS

Some purchases require additional protective packaging to prepare them safely for transport.

Where an item requires additional materials such as bubble wrap or other protective packaging, a $2 AUD fragile-item packing fee may be charged per applicable item.

This fee contributes to the additional packaging materials required to prepare the item for transport.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International customers are welcome to participate in Personal Shopping where we are able to ship the selected products to their destination.

International purchases may involve additional costs beyond the purchase price of the goods.

Depending on your country and the products purchased, these may include international postage, import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges, clearance or processing charges and other costs associated with importing goods into your country.

These costs are not included in the item price quoted during a Personal Shopping Live unless expressly stated otherwise.

International customers should not assume that a favourable exchange rate or Australian retail price will necessarily result in a lower final cost once international postage and applicable import charges are included.

UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS

Customers in the United States should be aware that US import duties and tariffs may apply to purchases entering the United States.

The amount can vary significantly between products and may depend on factors including the type of product, its materials or composition, value, tariff classification and country of manufacture.

Where required, Sun & Moon Serendipity will use the product information reasonably available to us together with the relevant postal and customs processing services to prepare your shipment.

Where duties, tariffs or other import charges must be prepaid before your parcel can be dispatched, these costs will be included in your final shipping and import invoice.

Any tariff or duty estimate provided before your shipment is processed is an estimate only. Customs classifications, tariff rates, exchange rates, government requirements and other charges may change or differ when the shipment is processed.

ZONOS AND US IMPORT PROCESSING

Where Zonos is used to process duties and import requirements for a US-bound parcel, applicable Zonos postal clearance or processing costs incurred in preparing the shipment will be passed on to the customer as part of the final shipping and import invoice.

These costs are separate from US government duties or tariffs and Australia Post postage.

Sun & Moon Serendipity does not add a profit margin to US government duties or Australia Post postage.

INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS

Not every item available during Personal Shopping can necessarily be shipped internationally.

Postal, aviation, customs and destination-country restrictions may apply to certain products.

Restrictions may affect products including perfumes, aerosols, liquids, cosmetics, food products, batteries and other regulated or dangerous goods.

Sun & Moon Serendipity may decline an international claim where we know or reasonably believe that an item cannot be lawfully or reasonably shipped to the customer's destination.

If an unforeseen shipping restriction is identified after an item has been purchased, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options and deal with the item in accordance with applicable consumer law.

YOUR FINAL SHIPPING INVOICE

Once your Personal Shopping order is complete, your purchases will be packed together where practical and your final shipping costs calculated.

Depending on your location and purchases, your final invoice may include Australia Post postage, international postage, applicable duties or tariffs, taxes or customs charges, clearance or processing charges and any applicable fragile-item packing fees.

You will not be charged again for the purchase price of items you have already paid for.

SHIPPING PAYMENT DEADLINE — OCTOBER 2026 TRIP

All final shipping invoices relating to the Personal Shopping trip commencing 1 October 2026 must be paid in full no later than Monday, 5 October 2026.

This deadline is firm because Sun & Moon Serendipity is travelling interstate.

We will not be transporting unpaid customer orders home for postage at a later date.

Customers participating in this trip must therefore ensure they are available to receive and pay their shipping invoice within the required timeframe.

Customers participating through TikTok must ensure they are following Sun & Moon Serendipity and are able to receive messages from us so that shipping information and payment instructions can be provided.

Your parcel cannot be dispatched until all applicable shipping and import charges have been paid.

UNPAID SHIPPING AND UNCOLLECTED ORDERS

If your shipping invoice is not paid by the stated deadline, we may be unable to dispatch your order during the interstate Personal Shopping trip.

Because we will not be transporting unpaid orders home for later postage, you must contact us immediately if there is a problem meeting the shipping deadline.

Any goods that remain unable to be dispatched or become uncollected will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian consumer and uncollected-goods requirements.

Completing this registration confirms that you understand and accept the shipping deadline associated with this trip.

DELIVERY AND TRANSIT

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery timeframes may be affected by Australia Post, international postal operators, customs processing, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided where tracking is included with the applicable postal service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

CUSTOMER DETAILS

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete customer and delivery information.

This includes your full name, delivery address, email address, telephone number and any additional information reasonably required to prepare your parcel or complete international customs documentation.

Sun & Moon Serendipity is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer to the extent permitted by law.

Before making your first Personal Shopping claim, you must add this $0 Personal Shopping Registration product to your cart and complete checkout.

Completing this checkout is your confirmation that you have read and understood the Personal Shopping Terms & Conditions displayed on this page and agree to participate in the service subject to them.

In particular, you acknowledge that claimed items must be paid for within the 5-minute payment window, shipping is an additional cost unless expressly stated otherwise, international purchases may incur additional duties, tariffs, taxes and clearance costs, final shipping costs may not be known until your completed order has been packed, and all shipping for the October 2026 interstate trip must be finalised by Monday, 5 October 2026.

Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
