July 1 2026 Live Sale Deposit

Our live sale commences today, Wednesday 1 July 2026, and finishes Sunday 5 July 2026.

A $20 deposit is required to open a basket. This deposit will be deducted from your final invoice total. By purchasing this deposit you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please not if you do not wish to pay our flat rate postage of $12 until your final invoice, please choose local pickup 

Due to the nature of this sale, please honour your purchases. No put backs. All sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Final payments are due by Tuesday 7 July 2026 at 11:59 pm Perth time.

Payment plans are available for orders over $500 and must be pre approved. All payment plans must be finalised no later than 1 September 2026.

Should an item arrive damaged, Sun and Moon Serendipity requests notification within 5 business days of receipt, together with clear photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item(s). To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the damaged item must be returned to Sun and Moon Serendipity at the customer's expense within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once the item has been received and assessed, an exchange or store credit will be issued where appropriate.

To help keep postage costs as low as possible for our community, all items within your basket will be shipped together. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. This timeframe commences on the business day following the final payment due date.

Sun and Moon Serendipity reserves the right to substitute items of our choice to the value paid should the conditions of a payment plan not be met or final payments not be received by the agreed deadline.

Sun and Moon Serendipity will not amend invoices once they have been issued.
