Terms and Conditions of Sale
By placing an order with Sun and Moon Serendipity during the Stand for Epilepsy live sale, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions
1. Stand for Epilepsy Live Sale Contribution
This live sale is dedicated to raising awareness and support for epilepsy
10 percent of all proceeds from this live sale will be donated toward epilepsy awareness
2. Nature of Live Sale Purchases
All items sold during the Stand for Epilepsy live sale are considered special event purchases
Claims made during the live sale are expected to be honoured and finalised within the required timeframe
There is no obligation to purchase however all claims made are considered intentional
3. Payments
All purchases will be invoiced once the live sale has concluded
All invoices must be paid in full by Thursday 30 April 2026 midnight Perth time
Payment plans are only available where prior arrangement has been made for orders over 500 dollars
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your order and restriction from future live sales
4. Sale Items No Refunds or Exchanges
All items purchased during the live sale are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange for change of mind
Sun and Moon Serendipity does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on jewellery items
Nothing in this policy excludes restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law customers are entitled to a remedy where goods
Have a major failure
Are not of acceptable quality
Are not fit for purpose
Do not match the description provided
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you believe your item has arrived damaged or faulty you must
Photograph the external parcel as delivered
Photograph the internal packaging
Provide clear photographs showing the alleged damage or fault
These images must be emailed to sunandmoonserendipity@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your item
Failure to provide notification within this timeframe may impact our ability to assess the claim
Sun and Moon Serendipity reserves the right to assess all claims in accordance with Australian Consumer Law before determining an appropriate remedy
6. Processing and Dispatch Timeframes
During live sale periods please allow up to 10 business days for packing and dispatch due to high order volumes
Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout
If 10 business days have passed and you have not received dispatch confirmation please contact sunandmoonserendipity@gmail.com
Delivery timeframes once dispatched are outside the control of Sun and Moon Serendipity
