Join us Saturday, 1 August from 5:00pm (Perth, WA time) for our Crystal Lucky Scoop event!

Our Lucky Scoops are filled with a wonderful assortment of genuine crystals and crystal-related treasures. Each scoop is taken live and in the order that purchases are received.

Please note the following:

• Every Lucky Scoop will contain a minimum of 500 grams of crystals and crystal-related items.
• Scoops are selected completely at random from our vibrating crystal tumbling machine, which contains a mixture of crystals and polishing media.
• While we are always happy to consider requests and will do our best where possible, specific crystals or items cannot be guaranteed.
• Lucky Scoops are designed as a fun and affordable way to grow your crystal collection. They are not intended to contain specimens marketed as premium, collector-grade or high-quality display pieces.
• As with all natural crystals, variations in colour, shape, size and natural inclusions are to be expected and celebrated as part of their unique beauty.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Crystal Lucky Scoop, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Scoops are filled completely at random and are not predetermined.
• The contents of each scoop will vary, and no two scoops will be identical.
• All crystals and crystal-related items included are genuine; however, the exact mix of items cannot be chosen or guaranteed.
• Purchases are final. Due to the random nature of the event, Lucky Scoops are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or change-of-mind returns.
• Sun & Moon Serendipity reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value should an unforeseen stock issue arise.
• Standard Sun & Moon Serendipity packing and shipping timeframes apply to all Lucky Scoop orders unless otherwise advised.
