Sale Period: Friday 3 June 2026 to Sunday 7 June 2026

This sale has been created to celebrate the incredible Sun and Moon Serendipity community with the biggest sale event we have ever hosted. Over three days, customers will have access to a large range of crystals, jewellery, carvings, auctions, and exclusive offerings.

By purchasing this $20 sale deposit listing, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

A basket will only be created, and item claims will only be recognised as valid once the $20 deposit has been successfully paid.

A separate $20 deposit is required for each sale event.

The deposit is non-refundable and secures your participation in the event.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE

Final payment for all claimed items is due no later than 11:59 PM Perth, Western Australia time on Wednesday 10 June 2026 unless an approved payment plan has been arranged prior to the due date.

Invoices will be issued once all sale events have concluded.

Customers remain responsible for:

• ensuring their claims are correct

• reviewing their final invoice carefully

• completing payment by the due date

Sun and Moon Serendipity will not amend invoices after the event has concluded. Customers are asked to claim responsibly and ensure all claims are intentional before making them.

Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the basket and forfeiture of the deposit.

CLAIMS & PURCHASE COMMITMENT

Due to the nature of this event, all claims are considered immediate purchase commitments.

No put backs will be accepted.

Customers are asked to claim mindfully and within their financial means.

By paying the deposit, you confirm that you understand the commitment associated with claiming items and accept responsibility for all selections made throughout the sale.

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment plans are available only where negotiated and approved by Sun and Moon Serendipity prior to invoicing.

Payment plans will only be considered for baskets exceeding $1,000 AUD.

Approved payment plans will be divided into three payments, with:

• First payment due by 11:59 PM Perth time Wednesday 10 June 2026

• Second payment due as agreed with Sun and Moon Serendipity

• Final payment due no later than 11:59 PM Perth time Thursday 9 July 2026

Failure to meet any payment plan obligations may result in cancellation of the arrangement.

Where a payment plan defaults, Sun and Moon Serendipity reserves the right to select and dispatch items of its choosing to the value already paid. Any remaining items may be returned to stock without further obligation.

AUCTIONS

Auction items will commence at a starting price nominated by Sun and Moon Serendipity.

Participants may increase bids in dollar increments as directed during the live sale.

The highest valid bid at the conclusion of the auction will secure the item.

Sun and Moon Serendipity reserves the right to determine bidding validity and auction outcomes.

To ensure fairness to all customers, Sun and Moon Serendipity will not knowingly allow auction bidding to exceed the item's standard retail price.

All successful auction bids are considered final purchase commitments and form part of the purchaser's basket.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

Items purchased through this event are not eligible for refund, exchange, cancellation, credit, or change of mind returns.

Customers are encouraged to carefully consider all claims prior to making them.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

ITEM CONDITION & EXPECTATIONS

This sale features newly sourced stock curated for this event, as well as selected items offered at reduced prices due to minor imperfections. Any significant imperfections will be disclosed during the live sale and reflected in the item's pricing.

As with all natural minerals and handcrafted jewellery, variations in colour, formation, inclusions, and finish are to be expected and form part of the unique nature of each piece.

Studio lighting is used during live sales to showcase detail. Appearance may vary slightly depending on individual device screens.

FAULTS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Customers must notify Sun and Moon Serendipity within 10 business days of delivery if an item arrives damaged.

Customers must provide:

• clear photographs of the external packaging

• clear photographs of the damaged item

• any relevant shipping damage evidence

The customer may be required to return the item for inspection.

If inspection confirms the item is faulty, Sun and Moon Serendipity will issue a store credit equal to the purchase value of the affected item.

GIVEAWAYS

Giveaways may be offered throughout the sale at Sun and Moon Serendipity's sole discretion.

Eligibility requires:

• compliance with all host instructions

• completion of any stated giveaway requirements

• payment being completed by the due date

• no breach of these Terms and Conditions

Sun and Moon Serendipity reserves the right to determine eligibility, verify compliance, revoke prizes, substitute prizes where required, and make all final decisions regarding giveaways.

FUTURE SALE PARTICIPATION

Sun and Moon Serendipity reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse participation in future live sales, auctions, promotions, payment plans, or special events where a customer has previously:

• failed to finalise payment by the required due date

• repeatedly requested cancellation of claims

• breached these Terms and Conditions

• engaged in behaviour considered disruptive, abusive, or unfair to the community or sale process

Any decision regarding future participation is final and will be made in the best interests of maintaining a positive and respectful community experience for all customers.

SHIPPING & DISPATCH

Orders from this sale will be packed and dispatched within 10 business days from the final payment due date, not from the date items are claimed.

This bulk packing model allows Sun and Moon Serendipity to maintain affordable shipping costs for the community.
