Custom Jewellery Terms & Conditions

Your selected stone(s) have been digitally presented to demonstrate the intended outcome of your custom piece. This image is a representation only. The stone will be set in the exact orientation as photographed and will reflect your selected customisation options, including metal colour (silver, gold, or macramé) and size (adjustable or nominated custom size).

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total purchase price is required to commence production of your custom order. This deposit secures materials, labour, and production allocation and is strictly non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

All deposits must be received no later than Thursday, 5 March 2026, as orders will be submitted to production collectively.

Please allow up to 21 business days for completion of your custom piece. Timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to production or supplier factors beyond our control.

Upon completion, the remaining balance plus applicable postage must be paid in full prior to dispatch. Failure to finalise payment within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all customisation selections prior to purchase. By proceeding with this purchase, you confirm that:

• All selected details are correct,

• The orientation of the stone is approved,

• The metal colour and size selections are accurate,

• You understand this is a made-to-order, personalised item.

Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of custom jewellery, Sun and Moon Serendipity does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
