HOW DOES CRYSTAL CANDY BAR WORK?

It’s a fun, interactive and enjoyable way to be surprised with a mixed bag of crystals during our live sale events. Each Crystal Candy Bar mix contains ten different crystals, during the live sale you will virtually be invited to visit the Candy Bar as your lolly mix is selected. Our random generator will pick five crystal candy’s from your chosen mix. Being randomly selected means you could end up with five totally different pieces of crystal or three different two the same - it’s totally random the crystal chooses you! 

The best part? Our Crystal Candy Bar has a ‘top shelf’ selection that will be refilled during the evening at the shop attendants convenience. If an item from the Top Shelf is selected during your Crystal Candy Bar random selection you get it! This means you can walk away with items of much higher value! Want to take it next level? - Crystal Candy Bar will debut on May 28th 2023 at 4.45pm Perth time 

- Selections will be done in order number. You are not required to be present and can later rewatch the live should you choose

- Items will vary from spheres, towers, carvings, freeform, raw stones, jewellery and other items containing the crystal that has been chosen for you. 

- Our Candy Bar Staff are unable to make changes to your formula that will be randomly generated, by purchasing you agree to this. 

- Our Crystal Candy Bar , Lucky Scoops and Live Sales are intended to be fun , inclusive with a focus on connection with each other.  

- Crystal Lucky Scoops and Candy Bar are not eligible for refund or exchange 

- You are absolutely guaranteed to get the value you pay in crystals and all crystal candy bar items will be weighed on our Candy Bar Scales on the evening and if need be we will ‘top up’ your mix with mixed crystals to ensure you get value. If you know us, you know you will get ample.
